Yes. We're here 24/7, 365 days a year including Christmas Day, New Year's Day, and all bank holidays. Breakdowns don't keep office hours, and neither do we.
Yes. We're trained in EV recovery and use flatbed equipment to transport electric and hybrid vehicles safely. EVs can't be towed on their wheels. It risks damaging the regenerative braking system, so flatbed recovery is the only safe option. We handle all makes and models including Tesla, Nissan Leaf, BMW i-series, Volkswagen ID range, and more.

We recover vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes. That covers most cars, vans, motorbikes, and light commercial vehicles. If yours is heavier than 3.5 tonnes, give us a ring anyway. We'll try to help or point you to a specialist heavy recovery operator.
Don't start the engine. If you realise at the pump, leave the car where it is and call us. If you've already started driving, pull over safely as soon as you can and switch off the engine. Running on the wrong fuel can cause serious and expensive damage to the fuel system, injectors, and engine. We'll recover your vehicle to a garage where it can be drained and flushed.
